MOD Pizza at 8134 Agora Parkway #250, Schertz, Texas.

I have ordered online from this place at least 3 times. Each time going in, the food was not ready after 30+ Minutes of waiting before arriving to pickup. This time, I ordered online, arrived immediately, notified them of my arrival, then still had me waiting 20 minutes for my food. I asked for my pizza, only to be told, "I shouted your name out". I SAT IN FRONT OF HIM THE ENTIRE TIME WITH NO DISTRACTION AND NO NAME WAS CALLED. My lunch break was essentially over due to this. I'll eat my lunch elsewhere from here on if this is the kind of service I will be getting every time.
