I went in to get my daughter's hair colored. The stylists were super nice, but no one told me how quickly the color would fade, she just said it would gradually wash out. Now here we are, three washes later and the color is gone. They don't give refunds (not even a partial refund) only said they would reapply the color again as a courtesy. I said no thank you, because it's just going to wash right out anyway. She explained that this is the nature of semi permanent color, my problem is that they were not more forthcoming about how quickly it would wash out. There's $120 I'm never getting back. I would not go back for color.
