Dr Diaz botched my pain pump implant. Refuses to answer calls when patients need him. I have to miss family at Christmas because his holiday is more important than mine. The reason 0 pain meds since surgery.

First appointment was stupid. They had me take a drug test, asked me why I was there and told me they couldn't do anything until my drug screen came back. So my first visit cost my insurance a pretty penny and they didn't do anything. I am a fifty-three year old woman who has been on the same dose of pain mediation for two years and only needed prescription for same old dose. I left with nothing and had to come back in a couple of weeks for my 5mg prescription. When I went back, they only gave me 75 pills instead of the 90 I'd been getting for two years. Ridiculous!
